The house is beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. It was clean and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The place was in a great location! The house had lots of space for us. The house was nice, little dusty, and lacking some supplies (toiletry, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap). There was a local store we had to go to, to replenish. We did have some trouble with checking in, along with the driveway not being plowed as described. At times the host would respond quickly and at times it took a few hours. We had to coordinate times for the plow co. to arrive, which did put a damper on our day. Needs some improvement, but it wasn’t bad.

If you’re looking for a perfect family house, close to Brian Head ski resort, this is the place. We plan a family ski trip every year and Brian Head has become our go to spot. The skiing is fantastic and the lack of crowds makes for a perfect day. The house had everything we needed, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Having a garage to unload was a benefit, traveling with little kids, made it just a little easier.

Pros: This was a beautiful cabin as pictured and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking and baking supplies. Cons: The heater was broken for 24 hrs which was stressful and made for a freezing night (it was snowing outside). The fireplace was also broken for 3 nights of our stay. With the heater issue, we have 3 kids and we spent the next day pressing for updates on a fix. On the phone we were given very little info and they finally fixed it around 5pm the next day. The people who came over were kind but it marred our experience and we only got a 30% refund of that one night (from Airbnb). The house doesn’t have a dining table, doesn’t have 2 baby gates (just 1–but there are two stairwells), and doesn’t have a crib or pack n play. There was a dangerous set of chairs upstairs that kept falling backwards. We still had fun, but I’ll be honest, this is my first ever lukewarm review in over 10+ years on Airbnb. Maybe it’s just a better fit for adults and not a young family.

A great home with plenty of space for my group of 8. Loved the mud room off the garage where we could leave our ski/snowboard clothing and the garage was great to store our skis/snowboards. I would love to stay here in the summer and take advantage of the expansive wrap-around deck in warmer weather.
