We had a wonderful trip and we felt right at home with the house and the awesome back yard. Genevelyn was an exceptional host, responsive, helpful and caring. We had our 2 young children and our 2 dogs and the house and yard were perfect for all our needs. The beach is a short few blocks away and with good weather we visited every day. If you're around on Saturday, the farmer's market was great for the whole family. We will definitely be back!
Genevelyn brought peace to a difficult beginning of a mini-vacation. Our prior AirBnB decided to cancel dur to unfortunate circumstances as we were walking in 10min after check-in. Traveling with a pet is hard to find last minute places. After a stay in Motel6 and waiting to hear back from another place; I found Genevelyn's place and it looked perfect. From initial contact I couldn't ha e asked for a better host. We heard back in regards to a reservation quickly and it was a an absolute stress relief knowing we had a place to stay last minute. Genevelyn was very accomodating and the place was perfect. Location was great and the beach was a short walk and perfect with a coonhound. The backyard was absolutely relaxing and peaceful. We found out my son got 1 more day of liberty before deployment. I contacted Genevelyn that morning and heard back promptly again and we were able to stay 1 more day. What started as a nightmare turned out to be great! Absolute great host!

The place is cute and cozy . Even tho it’s pets friendly , was kinda hard not to allowed the pets on furnitures and bed . The backyard was an awesome place to hang out with my dogs .
Our host was easy to work with and our place was what was described. The place was clean and she even left a bowl full of snacks, which left us feeling like we were family and thought about. The area is accessible to anything you need and right near the beach. If in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again
