Generally, quite good. Needs some minor maintenance. Heater/fan/light in main bathroom didn't work. Downstairs heating air return was blocked. No dishwasher tablets provided.

Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that cleanliness standards in the bathroom, toilet and bedrooms were well below expectations. The ground floor toilet was unclean. We noticed faeces on the toilet seat. The upstairs bathroom floor was filled with hair. Furthermore, we noticed hair on the soap provided, indicating a lack of proper hygiene maintenance. Additionally, there was no body wash available, which is essential for maintaining cleanliness and preventing cross contamination, especially in shared spaces. Moreover, the bed linens, that we believe, had not been changed or washed adequately, as they emitted a foul odour upon close inspection. This lack of cleanliness greatly affected our comfort and overall experience. Furthermore, the shower towels provided were not only dirty but also emitter a strong unpleasant odour, with visible stains on it. It was also noticed that a used towel still hanging on the door in one of the bedrooin.

I stayed here with my family who came from overseas and I was embarrassed as it was not at all maintained. Leaves on the front porch, grass overgrown in the backyard, cobwebs everywhere, dishes in dishwashers with mold on them, hair on soap and shower drain, yellow stain on bedsheet and towels with a weird smell, two of the hot water taps just came out which flooded toilets, half of the food items kept in fridge and kitchen were expired. The house was beautiful and the location was good other than that everything was terrible.

Blanche was a godsend after having a hotel muck up our work booking as I was visiting Canberra I was able to nab this one on my personal AirBnB profile last minute. Blanche was super responsive and the place was BEAUTIFUL. The beds were SO comfortable and I slept like a dream.
