The pictures do more justice than what it looks like. There is. “Shady” house across the street, mold in the ceiling of the kitchen, cockroaches in master bedroom/kitchen and old food in fridge. Water smells and furniture needs to be fixed. Broken tiles and doors. House needs a deep clean for sure. Melvin is very nice and attentive to emails.

We walked in and the space was huge, and very well updated. But we quickly found problems with our stay. There were no extra linens or toilet paper. There were very few dishes or pieces of silverware for the 7 of us staying there. The towels smelled like smoke. One of the pillow cases in the master had holes all over the back of it. The queen size beds were comfortable, but the twins were rock hard! There was also a small light coming front the vent in the master bathroom that looked like a possible camera. There was a piece of drywall in the laundry room just sitting there, the hallway mirror looked like it had fallen out of the wall, and the hallway closet door was broken. We also had problems with locking the front door, which was a security risk.
