Maria was wonderful. Her place is beautiful! Her communication was on point. Getting into her place was easy. We had some hiccups that were out of her hands and she still took initiative and actually cared about us. We would definitely go back. Location was excellent and the views from her balcony were amazing. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be back!
Pros: beautiful place, 24 hr security, nice view, great patio w/furniture, great working AC, very hot water & comfortable beds. Cons: pool wasn't cleaned (leaves & bugs floating), extra linen & towels was locked away (asked for linen but was told maid couldn't make it). Listing states 3 beds but no linen left for the roll-away bed. No hand-soap in the bathrooms, our last day no NO WATER was available until about 8pm, no AC in the living room(s) & the white couch is a starched up (which was covered by a blanket). 1 closet door knob came off & I cut my finger on the screw underneath. Only 1 tv and it's in the living room but it DOES NOT have working basic cable and if you use the apps (Netflix, Prime, etc) it'll say "program unavailable in this area". Needless to say we spent 5 days with NO TV (only YouTube works). When I asked for a partial refund for the 1 day without water I was told I would have to check out (it was almost 10pm). Still pending refund but beautiful place hands down!
Maria’s place is a very nice condo in a great location! We felt like home right away! Very quiet safe gated community! It was a very quiet week for us, we almost owned the pool for our self. She had everything what you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. She provided towels, dishwashers, toilet paper’s, kitchen supplies to cook. We had some water issues ( cold - hot water, water shortage) but overall I would visit again! Thank you Maria!
