Super clean place and very honest and friendly host, who stays in the second bedroom of the appartment. The roof is a nice accet.

Great host, did not feel him around the house at all. The place is basic serves the purpose. It has a lot of potential to be much nicer if it gets a paint job and the terrace gets fixed up a bit. The terrace is very spacious and it would be a great place to have friends. The bedroom was good, it had AC while the living room did not, I did not mind the living room not having AC but that might be something to take into account if you are planning on hanging out there a lot over the summer. Overall good place for a long terms stay. One draw back was that there was no washing machine but the doorman downstairs had laundry service.
