Recoleta a great location! We needed a place large enough for 7 people and this property was perfect. Diego & Hernan were very responsive. We had a couple of issues, the dishwasher broke, we didn’t understand how to use the stove top, a sink was loose and the cue sticks needed the heads replaced. Hernan was on it! They couldn’t fix the dishwasher as that required parts but everything else was looked at immediately. The front two bedrooms are gorgeous but the traffic is loud. So be aware. It didn’t bother me but my guests kept saying they should put double pane glass in to cut down the noise. Also be careful with the elevator, it is a classic built for two. We got stuck a couple of times so be aware. They also have a service entrance which helped a lot! I highly recommend the place. There are a few upgrades the owners should make, such as looking at the wood floor between the dining room and kitchen. Also some of the trim is coming off. We would absolutely stay there again though.

Palace in the middle of everything. Excellent hosts, great communication. Really enjoyed our stay in this flat. would recommend.

This 5 bed 4.5 bath condo is a mansion! Spacious with lots of privacy and communal areas, very comfortable for a big family. The building is luxurious and classy, centrally located near shopping eateries and entertainment.
