Perfect location for shows at the Orange Peel and brew hopping! You can walk to everywhere. Parking space is doable, we drive a Tacoma. The porch is amazing. Linens were pristine.

We loved our stay here!! Walking distance to so many breweries and restaurants, super clean and modern, and very spacious! You could even see Mountain Views from the balcony (which was so spacious as well and our favorite part of the place). Our one qualm is the same as the other reviews, super tiny spot that was hard to get in and out of (didn’t take the car back out until end of trip) but there was ample street parking if needed. I would definitely recommend to others and I hopefully will be back for another stay soon!

Wonderful stay. Condo very nice. Well supplied but does need a Spatula. The clothes dryer wouldn’t completely dry the clothes, left them damp, no matter the setting or how many times I ran it. May need to be looked at. Overall excellent stay and would stay again. Close to everything in downtown Asheville!

The place was very cleaned and easy to get into. Felt very safe. Only negative was the parking spot in the garage. The parking spot was between a column and wall which made it difficult to back the car out or in. I actually scraped my car against the wall.

The unit is really lovely and a great location. The only drawback to this unit is the parking-if you drive anything bigger than a sub compact, there is no way you can use the assigned parking spot. We ended up parking in a garage a few blocks away for $20 a day. Not ideal for how much we paid.
