Perfect vacation retreat just 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. This boho-chic home has been beautifully designed with modern amenities and boasts year round, long-range mountain views. Relax in the hot tub and sauna, practice your putting in our mini-golf putting green, cook a gourmet meal in our fully stocked kitchen, enjoy alfresco dining, or simply catch up with family & friends by one of our fire pits. Whatever your vacation goals, we're here for you! This newly built house has two floors and a large outdoor space in 1.3 acres lot. It is in quiet and peaceful area. We've built an outdoor retreat with sauna, hot tub, an outdoor dining area, fire pit, gazebo, and lounge chairs so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

Maira was a fantastic host! She accommodated our every need during our stay. The place was absolutely beautiful and we loved the decor. She went above and beyond, even leaving wine, fresh flowers, and baked goods for our arrival. The place was spotless! Easy drive into Asheville and surrounding areas. I would recommend to anyone in the area!
We got 7 guys in comfortably for a bachelors trip! Enjoyed the house and the quick trip to downtown Asheville. Would highly recommend.

This was our family’s first time in the area, and staying at Maira’s place was PERFECT. The sauna and spa were great after a day of hiking and exploring the area. The kids and dog loved the space, and everything was so comfortable it truly felt like home. The kitchen has every thing you can think of for preparing food, shakes, frothy cappuccinos etc, but hopefully you’re also taking advantage of some of the great area restaurants. The kids loved the game room and the mini golf. Overall just a wonderful experience and we would definitely rent again!
Amazing! We enjoyed everything about the home. Home was very well equipped. We love to cook and had everything we needed. Location is 20 minutes from Asheville and the Biltmore. You are also in range of all delivery services. In the woods but close enough to order a pizza or something from the market.

Our property is in Leicester (pronounced "Lester"), NC, which is a 20min drive west of downtown Asheville. Leicester is known as a charming mountain community with winding country roads, hidden pockets of natural beauty with a relaxed pace that encourages visitors to linger and explore. The area has become a haven for artists who showcase their talents and gladly welcome guests.
Note: Our property is in a newly built community and there are a few houses nearby being built. For this reason, guests might expect some noise and traffic from the construction.
You will need a car or similar transportation (i.e., rideshare service) to get to and from the property. Although we're close to downtown Asheville, the property is in a somewhat remote area. We have a parking slab next to the property, which can accommodate up to 3 standard size cars. Additional cars can be parked on the shoulder of the road.
