This home is Asheville is perfect for larger groups. It is nicely appointed, has great amenities and spacious enough to accommodate our group of seven. We could comfortably all gather in the common spaces but had great rooms to retreat to at night. Highly recommended!

First things first….this home is very clean. Every inch! Baseboards, windows, lighting fixtures…all of it very clean! We had a girlfriend retreat and we all were impressed with the cleanliness of the home. VASACA was responsive to calls. The dining area and kitchen are amazing and provide a lot of space for socializing. Things to know: Stairs are required to enter the home. The set from the garage to the main floor is long and straight. The set outside is two sets of stairs. Anyone with mobility issues may have difficulty. The picture of the stairs is not a complete or accurate representation of the steps needed to enter the home. The coffee maker is a Mr. Coffee traditional drip coffee pot. We found filters but no regular ground coffee. All dish washing products are provided. Clothes washing pods and dryer sheets are provided. Nice! Two bedrooms are on the main floor (queens). Two bedrooms are upstairs (king and set of twins.) Outdoor area is tucked into a natural setting.

Vacasa was a great stay! It was very close to downtown Asheville and they had everything we needed.

Great location very close to a lot of things. Best is less than .5 miles to grocery store. There was no koi pond at the house even though it is the first words on the listing so little disappointed but not a big deal. A few items in the house were damaged previously upon our arrival so there needs to be some maintenance done.

We had an amazing weekend staying at this property! Everything was excellent and was a perfect location for us to go between the Blue Ridge mountains and downtown Asheville!
