Cute place, clean, easily accessible, beautiful walkable distance to the river trail and super nice host. Loved the personal touches to welcome us. NO COMLAINTS!!! Would book this house and with this host again!
We needed a place close to the University and the river. This location fit both and it has several bikes (you can ride to the river entrance and then it's less than a mile on the trail to get to one of the rental places on the Guadalupe). Also has a hot tub, firepit, darts, and an outdoor shower to rinse off in if you use the hot tub. Kari left lots of restaurant ideas and is willing to answer any local questions you might have. Very welcoming for sure.

Perfect place to stay with family! My family and I had an amazing time. Wish we definitely had more time. Keri was very thoughtful in all the details in the house. The instructions provided were very helpful! Felt very much like home! Perfect location! Will 100% recommend!!
