Extremely responsive, friendly hosts. They seem to truly care about their place and it shows. The house is beautiful — the pictures can’t do it justice! It was such a nice, clean, and cozy place to gather. Bonus: they have a closet packed with board games! The house isn’t especially large but there was plenty of space for our group of 7 with the casita. Kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked. There were many cooking staples, cocktail-making supplies, and quality pots/pans. Also: so many towels and pillows! It really felt like there much thought was given to guests’ comfort and potential needs. My favorite memories will be of cool and quiet mornings on the patio admiring the view and watching whitetail and axis deer and talkative grateful hummingbirds stopping by their respective feeders. We had a minor plumbing issue, and even though it was Sunday (and the day before the big eclipse), Ronnie and Tracey had someone out to fix it in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Ronnie and Tracey’s listing for several days. It was restful and well decorated. The seating area out back is really nice, and has a deer feeder. We would gladly stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone interested.

The place was nice. You can tell they put a lot of money into it to make the best out of the space. Clean and modern, plenty of towels which i loved. Cool patio out back.
