As an AirBnB amateur, it was unclear to me that "private room" means a shared common space. If you're open to that type of stay, Crossroads is totally worth it. Good proximity to a TON of Wineries. There were roosters (which totally beats iPhone alarm clock) but something to keep in mind. Free range chicken eggs were for sale, but we didn't end up purchasing since we had eggs already. Kristin was very helpful and a great host. She addressed our concern of the security by having a padlock installed on the front door. Overall, solid stay. Would recommend!
