The cottage was very lovely. Great view of the ohio river. Located in a nice little town, close enough to Athens, and the spooky places in northern west virginia and southern ohio to get to.

Gave a 5 star review but deserves more in my opinion….amazing views of the Ohio River and the cottage is cozy and super clean with all the amenities of home.All this comes from a kind and welcoming host.Thank you Pamela again for allowing us to enjoy the peace and quiet of your wonderful home and I hope to return soon.

My wife and I love staying at the river. Pamela's place was an absolutely perfect get away for just the two of us. Peaceful, private, and beautiful. Pamela went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable the entire stay. Can't wait to visit again.

we wanted to get away for the eclipse since we live in New Jersey, and chose to make a longer weekend out of it for relaxing. Pam’s place fit the bill perfectly. To me, having comfortable furniture inside and outside is so important. Everything was there as if you were home, and better in some cases. We loved our stay. Right on the Ohio river. Highly recommend!

Our third stay here, and it was just as perfect as always! You simply can’t beat the peacefulness and privacy and the beautiful, expansive view of the river. Our dogs have a blast in the huge lawn and field, and they are always very relaxed and happy here which is important to us. It is truly such a special place! Thanks again Pamela and John for sharing your place with us guests!
