We had an amazing time here. Convenient location from which to explore the island but also completely secluded with incredible views and access to the beach via a private track (we saw an echidna on a walk down to the beach!). Our little kids didnt want to leave, neither did we.

As a family with four boys, we loved staying at Jon's place. We loved the long driveway through the native KI beach scrubland, where we saw many kangaroos. Jon's home was warm and inviting, and we instantly relaxed as we watched the waves on the beach from the deck. It also has a beautiful nature walk to the beach, where we swam and surfed every day. A beautiful relaxing stay on KI.

The privacy of the house was amazing! it was as though we had a beautiful private beach all to ourselves. The kids loved the bunk rooms and I loved to large windows to sit and watch the ocean. The walk down to the beach via the walkway was everyone's favorite. We enjoyed some great local activities including sand toboganning at Little Sarah, seeing seals at Seal Bay and feeding baby Kangaroos at Living Honey. Our Kangaroo Island vacation was amaxing!!

Wow, what a place. We loved it so much we extended our stay a couple days. The location is incredible: the house sits alone in the dunes, just you and the kangaroos, wallabies and echidnas (yes, we saw all of these). We explored a lot of the island and this beach is one of the prettiest. We loved watching the sunset and waves and hanging out and grilling. Probably the most scenic airbnb I’ve stayed in. Jon was responsive and helpful.

This place is one of the most amazing places we have stayed at. The property is absolutely outstanding, unique and private. It has such a great and wonderful feel and so much thought and love has been put into this home. The view was breathtaking from morning until dark while you watch the sea during the day and stars at night. Thank you to the owners for sharing a special place, we appreciated it. Jon was a great host from start to finish and was always there when we had a query and allowed us to experience a smooth holiday. A total hidden gem.
