Genuine Assistance animals provide valuable support & are naturally very welcome, however we'll just need to know in advance to make arrangements as we need to allow extra time for steam cleaning carpets, rugs & sofas & full deep cleaning etc. CLEANING: Standard 'holiday rental' level cleaning on departure for respectful guests is naturally included & our absolute pleasure-you certainly don't have to mop floors & clean bathrooms-however, as is normal Short Term / Holiday Rental expectation, it needs to be treated respectfully, left neat & tidy, spills wiped up, bbq clean if used, rubbish in bins & all items put back where they were found on arrival. If it is left filthy, damaged, an absolute mess or 'trashed', a fee will apply - this is a property for respectful guests who understand holiday rental etiquette. MID-STAY SERVICING / LINEN CHANGE: For stays longer than about 10 days, we'll generally include mid-stay servicing - please get in touch for specific details. PARTY POLICY: This property is located in a residential area, so sorry, absolutely NO wild, crazy parties, schoolies/buck's/hen's etc. here. You're very welcome to celebrate a special occasion in a very quiet & sensible manner, however functions (such as a birthday party) require prior approval, only booked guests may attend the property (no extra day visitors) & absolutely no disturbance to neighbours, quiet after dark etc-thanks. We do not allow for function-level cleaning. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Sometimes travel doesn't go as planned, and something may arise which prevents travel or impacts your stay, such as illness, missed or cancelled transport or weather events, such as ferry or flight cancellations.
