Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our home pairs cozy elegance with quintessential charm and high-end comfort. We’re perfectly located in the heart of Vermont’s Green Mountains, and minutes from Mount Snow and the beautiful village of Dover. Cozy up to the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace after a day on the mountain or relax on our expansive deck with friends and family as you recall the day’s adventures. Experience the tranquil beauty of winter, or the golden hue of the afternoon sun from large windows throughout the house. Our home features wood-plank flooring, vaulted ceilings and a spacious open-concept living, dining and kitchen area. A well-appointed main kitchen offers everything you’ll need to create a tasty culinary experience for your group. A second kitchen, located on the lower floor includes a bar, icemaker and additional dining table for 8 guests. If grilling out is on the menu, a gas grill is available for your use on the deck. You may never want to leave the comfort of our large main floor living area, which features a large stone hearth, beautiful timber beams and a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home. Sink into our comfortable L-shaped sofa, or in a cozy chair while you enjoy the warmth of a wood fire and your favorite streaming show. Soft, natural light and a gracious open-floor plan will add to a relaxing, restful experience. An additional, spacious living area is available on the lower floor. There, you will enjoy the comfort of a leather sofa, a large chair, gas fireplace, smart TV and easy access to the lower kitchen and bar. Four elegant bedrooms and additional sleeping space will comfortably accommodate 14 guests. A main floor bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, plenty of room, and large windows with views of Mount Snow in the distance. Each of the three floors include full baths. The lower floor offers a private queen bedroom, over-sized stuffed chair. The lower floor living room offers a leather sleeper sofa to accommodate two. Additional accommodations are available on the top floor, with one large queen bedroom and a second bedroom with a twin bunk and a separate twin bed with a twin trundle. A comfortable twin-sized daybed is also available in the loft area of the top floor, along with a twin trundle. A FEW EXTRA AMENITIES TO HELP YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY: We know that many of our guests travel to Vermont to enjoy the myriad of outdoor adventures our beautiful state has to offer. As our guest, you will have access to a secure, heated mudroom to kick off your shoes or boots. Additionally, there is a heated garage with plenty of space to store your ski equipment and other outdoor gear. For those of you who visit us in Summer, we have a large spacious deck equipped with adirondack chairs as well as as outdoor bar with a view of Mount Snow. We also offer a SONOS sound system in the kitchen and on the lower floor. To use the system, be sure to download the SONOS app to your smartphone. Easy, keyless entry into our home means you don’t need to keep track of keys! Ecobee smart thermostats are located on each floor of our home so that you can create a temperature that is comfortable for you. Plenty of parking for our guests.
