When I read the other reviews, I thought they were probably over exaggerating but turns out they were spot on about the location in SOMA. Very high transient population nearby. We came up to attend a concert at the Civic Center and the location of this establishment was ideal. Only a couple of blocks away. Parking was an issue due to it being New Year’s Eve and many parking garages were closed or not open to retrieve vehicles on New Year’s Day. I ended up a couple blocks away for an additional $35, after getting some other garage prices @ $100-120 for the night. Last time we came up to SF in 2019 my truck received 2 broken windows parking in the street so it was worth it. The clerk/attendant let us know that the water boiler was out and we’d only have lukewarm water for showers. We had paid extra for a room with a bathroom/shower, so this was a big disappointment. When we woke in the morning to shower, it wasn’t even lukewarm, it was cold. In the end, it was close.

Buena ubicación. Solo hay que tener precaución por las noches . Y la habitación está muy cómoda con todo lo que puedas necesitar, plancha, secador de pelo, jabón, shampoo. Muy bien equipada

Rams hotel was a great hotel. The only downside to staying at the hotel was the location. Felt very unsafe as soon as you stepped out the door of the building.

Easy to access BART and Muni to get around the Bay Area. The room was clean and as described in the listing.
