Great place to stay, helpful host, I walked (40 mins) to and from union square every day, near a great grocery and nice park, I camped out and stayed in my own time zone, had a solid work setup, perfect visit

Cozy and comfortable it was the perfect place to stay. I recommend it highly. This will be my go-to whenever I visit San Francisco. hopefully it'll be available. 🙂

We went to J&M's airbnb to see a concert at the Fillmore for NYE, and it was a PERFECT location. Super walkable to the Fillmore/Japantown area (~10mins) and the Steiner St area is right next to a park and felt safe. The place itself is very cute and had everything we needed. The double shower heads were a nice surprise, the cozy little window nook had great views, nice living room/TV area, and the bed was very comfy. Once inside the place felt very secluded/private and home-y. I feel very lucky we found this spot, if you're in town for a Fillmore concert I don't think you could do better than this. Will definitely keep this place in mind for our next concert outing! :)

This space is the perfect place to hang your hat while enjoying San Francisco. The flat is clean, cozy and holds that inimitable charm that is hard to find outside of this city. The location is ideal and offers easy access to the shops and restaurants of Hayes Valley, the Painted Ladies, and the stunning views from Alamo Park. We were also delighted to discover that Japan Town was only a 15 minute walk away. My two teenagers crashed at the end of the day after seeing the nearby sites and hiking the hills; the space gave us the much welcomed comfort and quiet for a good night's rest. Jimmy, thank you for your kindness and for creating the perfect accommodation during our stay. We hope to do it again soon.
