We had a nice stay @ Paul’s place while we were in town for the Boston Marathon! The place is a 5 minute walk from the Commuter Train rail station which made it super convenient for using public transportation! Also we were able to walk to the market for food! We enjoyed our stay, just had some recommendations for more seating in the living room (just one couch) and another dining chair (there were only 5 & we had 6 people staying) as we like to play games. There is a separate upstairs quarters with a separate entrance (which was pointed out in the description). Since it’s an old house you can hear people walking around and even snoring above from the front bedroom but thankfully the occupants were quiet. Overall it was a suitable place for our stay and being close to the rail station was a big perk, just needs some updating of furniture, nonstick pan and a better dusting in the bedrooms.

Paul's place was neat and clean. Also, in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and a nearby park for walking. Also, close enough to Boston for entertainment there. By car, or T. Would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Paul’s place. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers The house is spacious,in a lovely quite area, with spacious back yard and good parking facilities. It is very close ( 3 min walk) to the grocery store. Paul was very responsive and it all went very smoothly. Paul very kindly allowed us a later check out on the morning of departure which was very much appreciated. The few issues that I were- on arrival the house smelled a bit stale as if it needed to be aired out more. Lack of comfortable seating -only 1 couch (3 seater) did not work for our bigger group as half of our party had to sit on kitchen chairs while ‘trying’ to relax in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable but rooms themselves needed dusting. I felt the general cleanliness could have been better albeit beds and toilets were very clean. I would stay again if these issues were resolved. I think a new cleaning company is needed and therefore would be an excellent place to stay.

We needed a large enough place for 4 adults, while being mobility friendly for my 85 year old step-father, and Pauls' place was perfect. It was central to all the places we planned to visit, and was located near grocery stores, freeways and gas stations. The place was clean and welcoming. Simply perfect

Paul was a very attentive host, and was very accomodating to different travel plans. Place was very nice and beds were very comfortable.
