Simone was very friendly and helpful. She responded very quickly if I had any questions. They will interact with you as much or as less as you like. And they even fed me! Dennis was a great cook.

The right place for the right person: this is one room in a six bedroom house that is rented out, with double occupancy allowed and two bathrooms. Simone is a lovely host who very much works to accommodate everyones needs, provides toiletries and cleans the house often (including stuff like taking out the trash and recycling, vacuuming the common spaces). The house has a lot of historic character and open space (large kitchen, living room, dining room). Driveway parking for my small SUV was almost impossible logistically/sizewise and having not stayed in a rental property for a couple decades I found the shared space and large number of roommates to be a bit challenging.
