We had a perfect stay at Alan and Lou’s place. Perfect location. Lovely and quiet with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again, Alan and Lou are great hosts.

Alan and Lou are nice friendly couple. Easy communication & approachable. The house has amazing views with mountains & river. We are extremely happy to stay in their place.

Fantastic spot for our week in and about Cairns. Close enough to avoid long travel times and far enough out to escape the city. We loved being in the rainforest and the proximity to the various beaches. Alan and Lou are terrific hosts - and we loved the doggies!!

All of the previous reviews are spot on. We've been on a 6 week journey, spending our winter in Australia rather than Indianapolis, Indiana where they just received 5" of snow. We started in Sydney and made our way up the sunshine and gold coast via car, train and bus to Cairns. So glad we got to experience Caravonica and to stay at Alan and Lou's place in the foothills. The hospitality, the airbnb and the beauty of the area was spectacular. The location to skyrail, food mkts, Daintree rainforest Discovery Center and downtown Cairns was so centrally located. Love, Loved, Loved this place
