Apartment is located about 9 miles north of town with beautiful views to the equestrian center and mountains. Close to Pack River for kayaking , swimming etc in the summer and about 15 min to the bottom of Schweitzer mountain, where you can catch the bus to the top of the mountain at no charge. Located in the middle to drive the scenic drive to Hope or Sandpoint. Quiet place to relax after a trip or outside activities Our apartment has a private entrance, own little deck and front yard to use. Guests can use the deck and lawn in front of the house for outdoor seating. Inside we have a cozy gas fireplace for the cold winter nights along with a smart TV and writing desk. Free parking on the property, there is lots of space if you would like to bring a boat, trailer, snowmobile etc Since it is brand new if you need anything we will be able to provide it since we live next door The apartment is attached to our home but has it’s own separate entrance

I was pleased to find this inexpensive place for a last-minute booking. It isn't fancy, but it was just what I needed. Very quiet and peaceful. Rick kindly got Netflix working for me so I could relax and watch a favorite show. I was amused by their big, friendly dog who wanted to play. I hope to come back here again.
Another great base as we worked our way through an area on a long walk across America. Great location; quaint; clean; and quiet. Loved the friendly pets meandering around the property, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. Great choice in the Sandpoint area for a great per-night price.

you do need a car to get around, great hiking areas, biking, skiing, water sports all close by
