This is a beautiful little space right on the lake, and it was just right for one person. I just wish there had been less noise in the evenings, but that may well not be important to other guests. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

This is a fabulous small cottage with a spectacular front porch view of Lake Morey, just 10 yards away. It has all the conveniences, is very clean and modern. Particularly valuable is having access to all the benefits of the Lake Morey Resort, which the cottage is attached to. That includes free canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, tennis courts and rackets, bikes, pool and work out room. It is a little pricey up front, but all those assets make it worth the expense. And the lake is so wonderful to spend time in and on!

Beautiful spot. In the off season Jen should really adjust the price. $600/night and after adding in service fee ($180.00) and occupancy tax and fees ($130) increases the / night cost to $750/night. That is pretty pricey even in season. The unit is small and would probably fit a couple with two small children but not 4 adults. In May the pool and waterfront are not open so its hard to justify the $750/night price tag - a double room at Lake Morey resort is $215/night. You walk through the entry door into the washer and dryer room, and then through the bathroom to get to the living/kitchen area. As I wrote its a small unit. Jen was very responsive and is a great host

Beautiful little cabin; right on the water.

Beautiful cottage with lots of sunlight, right on the water. You have your own patio which is great. This cottage is on the property of the hotel, this is not a private location. You share the grass area with the other part of the property and people walk through the year a lot. Bring your eye mask to sleep with because their is an amazing sky light in the bedroom. It wakes you up about 5-5:15 am. If you are having someone come with you to sleep on the couch, just a heads up that the wall doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling. So there is no privacy. There is a supermarket down the way which was perfect so that we could cook our meals. Pans and mix matched kitchen items. There were no oil or salt and pepper. So if you are driving you should bring what you need. We recommend cooking your own food. We didn’t have a good food experience at the Hungry Bear. Jen was great, We reached out to Jen and she had someone over within a few minutes to help us with the grill. All in all this is a great property, just a little high priced for what you get.
