The house is in a beautiful place. There is sufficient space for one large or two small families. The house is quite new thus in good shape. The views across the lake are wonderful. A few bits of advice: - if you like to cook you will need to bring everything. There was not even a grain of salt, no coffee, no tea, etc. The stove is a bit tricky to use as it is very hard to turn burners to low. - the driveway is REALLY hard to find and not for the faint hearted. I would strongly encourage arriving in the daylight to figure out where it is. There are also steep stone steps from drive to house, so if you are frail, may not be a good choice.

We visited Lake Morey with our adult kids, so there were 5 of us all together. The house was spacious and clean and our favorite part was the gorgeous setting and the two generous covered porches overlooking the lake. We spotted bald eagles, herons and ospreys as well as the beautiful loons, and we were able to sit outside and eat outside, rain or shine! We were quite comfortable with a few little exceptions: the downstairs bedrooms had no windows and a humidifier had to be run just about non-stop, which can be noisy. There is a huge wall with glass sliders downstairs so you don't feel like you are in a basement - but it has some of the pitfalls of a lower level, largely the moisture issue. That said, my husband and I were comfortable downstairs and could leave the sliders open for better ventilation. Also, bring your own salt, pepper, cooking oil if you plan to cook. Driveway is a bit difficult, but manageable for good drivers! A good place to stay, all in all!

Great Lake house with lots of space on three floors and fun and comfortable basement hang out space. Great location on the lake facing west with good afternoon sun. Air conditioning was a huge plus!

Gorgeous location that can't be beat! Beautiful views of the lake from every vantage point! Nice open kitchen with bar seating and dining room table. Master bed was very comfortable -- great sheets. Bathrooms all redone and really nice. Communication and check-in were easy! A nice open kitchen with lake views. A bit difficult to find the house the first time and driveway was definitely a bit tricky. Only three suggestions to make this a 5 star rental: 1. provide kitchen basics like salt and pepper and olive oil 2. improve seating upstairs. There is a great couch to hang on in the basement -- but upstairs seating is really tough for a group of people. 3. bunk beds seem pretty wobbly / unstable / not as comfortable as other beds in the house.
