公寓比较老旧，楼下外面好几家餐饮酒吧，晚上酒吧驻唱有点吵.到12才停，隔壁如果有人入住隔音很差，床太软，被单那些太旧了，马桶要冲好几次才冲干净，空调声音很大，好在有微波炉和冰箱，不嫌弃太老旧和隔音差的话那可以入住，总体一般毕竟价格便宜

Jacky is super friendly, warm hearted& helpful! The place ( looks so different than on the pix, but we good a fruit basket as a welcome gift which we were very happy about) is on the opposite of the railway station. Many bars around- live music every evening until 23pm, bring earplugs or party- just keep in mind. We stayed 2weeks & after a few days my back couldn't handle the mattress anymore. Jacky offered right away to change rooms because of the music, but as the mattrass would be the same in all the rooms ( more a pillow like material) and I was not able to move or carry, we stayed and got sent more pillows. Essential items were missing in the kitchen+bathroom (enough toilet paper) It's an old hotel, a closet door fell off, bird poop in pool, the ridges in the bathroom are mouldy black, actually easy to fix with a good scrub w chlorid. The room needs a proper make up and guests would feel more cozy. We travelled for months now so it was ok for us. recommend if you don't mind.🙏🏽

We only stayed on night as we had an early morning train to catch and this place is right across the road. The building is a little old and the interior was not the newest or most aesthetic, but it was clean and comfortable enough, since we just needed a place to sleep. Apart from the train station, there's not a lot in this area though. But for us, it was just what we needed and for the price it was good. So, if you're also intending to take the train somewhere and make getting to the train station in time a little more convenient, I definitely recommend this place. If you want to visit Chiang Mai to see the sights or try the food, I think, there's other options more suitable for tourists.
