Returned again to this wonderful spot in the peaks! Wonderfully welcoming home, perfect for self-catering and in a great spot for fantastic walks! The home is clean and cosy and the views from the upstairs living space are beautiful, the bathrooms are spotless! Can’t wait to return to explore more of the peaks!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Denise’s home is so comfortable and clean, it’s very homely and has lots of toys and books for children. It’s the perfect size for a big family to stay, with two very clean bathrooms and everything you need - a home from home! Denise’s house is great value for money and Denise is a wonderful host. She’s so helpful and always available to contact if you need to. Thank you for another wonderful stay, until next time :)

This house is a real treat. We loved the upside down design, making the most of the incredible views. There were six of us (including three teenagers) yet we didn't feel crowded thanks to the large open plan space and extra sitting room/bedroom. The house was spotless and probably the best equipped we've visited; it is clear a lot of thought has gone into guests' needs. We particularly appreciated the fresh milk, biscuits and hot drinks provisions after a long drive. Denise is a great host: quick to respond, flexible and helpful. We used the house as a base while visiting friends and family in the area, but wish we'd had more time to explore locally. That may be agood excuse for a return visit.

Our group of 8 people had really great time. House was spacious, clean and very cozy. That was perfect Easter break and we would definitelly like to come back. :)
