Location is perfect with everything just right downstairs. The host is very responsive when we need anything (for example lack of kitchenware). Slight issue with cleanliness on plates and cutlery with sauce and leftover have to clean them before use. Superb view from high floor. Nice deco in the house as described. Was nice to have access to indoor pool. Wish the rate would be lower comparing to individual apartments offers in the same building.

She was fine overall. But who’s ever booking here should be very clearly off all extra change at the end. I think is unreasonable. Just be very careful

We travelled from NZ for a week stay in the apartment. We had 4 couples (8 of us), and the apartment had a great open plan space & layout for us all. The apartment is very central & great with the Hilton facilities, nearby to everything you need while on holiday. Not to mention an amazing view! We had a late check in which was great to have flexibility, however having a lock box closer to the hotel itself would have been ideal as we didn’t arrive in until 9pm. Alana did make the process very easy for us regardless! The only constructive feedback for our stay, is when groups are travelling in couples & not families with children, there is a need for more than 2 room keys. Having a few extra available to cater for all 8 people it can accomodate would be great for flexibility on holiday. Also just a few extra towels when staying for a week, and beach towels would be great when travelling also. Overall we had a great stay, and was perfect for our group size! Will recommend to others
