For the price I was overall satisfied with the accommodation. It is one of the more affordable ones you can find in Sydney. What I liked about it was that you had the house mostly for yourself, so it felt quite relaxing. The terrace was nice too. Overall it was also clean, but I was disappointed that my bedroom was dusty, despite having mentioned my strong dust mite allergy to Karen a week prior to my check in (asking for the duvet and mattress protector to be washed which had not been done). There was also a layer of dust in the wardrobe. The bathroom did not have any bin, which I found a bit unusual. I felt that Karen did not communicate the living arrangements very clearly. She said she was traveling but actually she had moved out of the house. I also needed to ask her several times to get the name of the bus stop to check how connections to the city will be. It took me around 1 1/2 hours to the CBD with bus and train, so you should keep that in mind too.

Quite and comfortable property. If need calm, quite space, this is a great fit. Karen is promptly replying any request.

Karen oli väga sõbralik ja tore. Ta andis meile parajalt privaatsust, kuid oli alati olemas kui miskit vaja. Tema kodu oli hubaselt sisustatud ning seal oli väga mõnus peatuda. Julgen teistele soovitada! 🙂

Karen’s airbnb a really cozy home with a lot of natural sun and plants. Karen was always a delight to speak for 22 good mornings and always very kind and helpful. The room and the home was very warm and comfortable with a lot of thought put into comfort. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a homely stay in a suburban area.
