PROS: - Quick and easy communication with the host. - The house was spacious for our group of 10 and two dogs. - The location is the second house to the Western Territory trails. - Self check-in and -out was seamless. - Shuttle service is very convenient and easy to call. Shout out to the skilled shuttle drivers! - Wifi works wonderfully. - Hot tub is great for apres ski (prepare to run in the cold since it’s several steps from the house) CONS (primarily due to snow): - Parking driveway is located on a very steep narrow hill decline. Need AWD. - Limited snow removal / plowing guidance or protocol for the house. - There are 20+ steps to the entrance, so bringing in luggage / gear can get cumbersome in snow.

Wonderful place and clean environment

Our reservation was amazing. The place was clean, tidy, good location, just great. I will say the only iffy thing though is that they literally sort of spy on you until you check out to make sure you get out on time. They showed up across the street at 9:30am and sat there until we checked out at 10am to make sure we followed reservation guidelines. Which in my opinion is a little excessive. But nonetheless we had a fantastic weekend and had zero issues.
