Home lost power before we arrived. Boat was responsive and got someone on site to get the home generator started however this did not power all of the fixtures in the home. Was woken up multiple times throughout the evening and morning to a carbon monoxide alarm most likely due to the generator. Hot tub was not able to be used because it wasn’t cleaned even thought this was one of the main reasons we selected this home. Property management company told us the hot tub could be used because it was empty and would have to be refilled which couldn’t be done due to being on the well. This was not true. We ended up not being able to sleep for most of the stay due to the CO alarm and having to coordinate with the property management for the maintenance staff. I understand the power is not in their control but there was just too many issues that could have been handled much better. Great cabin that would have been perfect if it were not for the issues. Airbnb support was no help.
