This Lake House is a great space for 14 People. We used it for a family gathering for the eclipse and it was perfect for us. It was April, so we didn't use the lake recreational things but the basement also had a ping pong table which was fun. The bedrooms are beautiful, everything has a nice look/design. The big open space on the ground level was so versatile and we spent most of the days there as a big group doing all kinds of different things. The porch has a screen which is great for the summer and we enjoyed it in the afternoon sun for reading or looking out on the lake. The kitchen is well stocked! There is a large selection of spices, pots and pans as well as kitchen utensils and appliances. We were a bit surprised that we were expected to supply toilet paper and the pods for the dishwasher. And a heads up that there are restrictions on which laundry detergent the machine needs would have been helpful. But all in all, it was great and we would recommend this as a nice stay.

Courtney’s place was perfect for our group of childhood friends and our families that included several young children. The well-equipped kitchen made preparing large meals a breeze and the spacious open floor plan allowed everyone to gather without feeling like we were on top of each other. The abundance of bedrooms also allowed each family to have a space of their own when needed. The lakefront location was perfect for sledding/playing on the ice and the large unfinished basement provided a convenient spot to keep everyone’s snow gear. Other things we were pleased with included ample parking space, comfortable beds, and pantry space to store our food. All that said, the most important part about our stay was Courtney’s responsiveness. When an emergency situation arose at the place we were staying prior to Courtney’s and we were forced to leave, Courtney was quick to confirm her home’s availability and allowed us to check in early so that our family vacation did not skip a beat.

Courtney's place provided the PERFECT spot for a large group of our friends to gather. Upon entering, we were stunned at how spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautiful the space was. We were blown away by the beautiful lakefront area, the cat-walk dock was sturdy and safe and we loved swimming out to the float. We stayed for three nights and spent one day white-water rafting with Three Rivers Rafting. Throughout our stay we enjoyed the peace and privacy of the home. Courtney was attentive and responsive - she was incredibly understanding when we had an unforeseen issue arise. My friends/family and I will absolutely be back.

We had a great stay at the lake house. The house is very spacious and clean. The pond is clean and having the kayaks was alot of fun. Courtney was very responsive when I had questions. It's an easy drive into Greenville and there's lots to do in the area.
