It's only about 40 feet to the water's edge, with a rocky and wooded shore plus a dock for water access. This house is custom-built, and everything from the design to furnishings are unique. Kick back in the private hot tub while the washer/dryer does the laundry. Find a recipe to try out in the upscale kitchen with the free WiFi, then watch a DVD or check out what's on cable. Play a game of air hockey, billiards, foosball, or Ping-Pong in the basement game room, then snag a spot next to the outdoor firepit to roast some marshmallows. Beaver Cove is a small, quiet community with quiet hours from 9 PM until 7 AM. This is a private vacation home and the max occupancy is 14 people. The use of the property for events or other gatherings is not permitted. Absolutely no dogs allowed in our outside of the unit. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
