Our family really enjoyed staying at the property, house are in a very quiet community with is great for our family because we got young kids. They’ve got kayaks and beach chairs available for use that a plus the only complaint we got is second bedroom got musty smell probably from the rain so my son didn’t want to sleep in it. Overall we love and enjoyed the house.

This property was nice and cozy. It was very beautifully decorated. It was a perfect location for walking to the beach, just across the Pacific Coast Hwy. It was centrally located to several beaches. We found a few local restaurants that we enjoyed. A few simple amenities such as kleenex in the restrooms would have been nice. Also, the sink in the master bedroom wasn't working properly. We had 9 people and I would say it would be difficult for 10 people to stay here.. it would be a stretch. The futon only sleeps 1, not 2. The double bed is a stretch for 2 people. The couches should be sleeper sofas to advertise as a 10 sleeper. The video game downstairs wasn't working. We followed all the instructions to turn it on, it turned on and then just died. Lastly, I would recommend luggage stands for everyones suitcases. We had to put suitcases on the floor and on the coffee tables and the corner nook and on couches. Very inconvenient. I would stay again, but not for the cost.

My family and I enjoyed it very much. It's abeautiful home. The only negative would be replacing some of the outdoor furniture. And a working fireplace.

This was a nice house to use as our base for our Orange County visit. It was very clean and is in an amazing location just 4 minutes walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and there are lots of areas for everyone to spread out. While this really is a nice and comfortable home, there were issues that made it difficult to fully enjoy. Some of the amenities that caused us to choose this house weren’t in working order which was really disappointing. One of the swings on the deck was really rusty, broken and dangerous. The video game system in the “game room” doesn’t function. The ice maker was duct taped closed, the pots and pans were very low quality. The washer has a terrible moldy smell. We had a party of eight and there were only 4 complete sets of towels provided. After a few days, the company responded and brought additional towels and linens. The other items were never addressed. With some added attention to these details, the house could be a 5!

Great neighborhood, beautiful surroundings, very walkable to bar and restaurants.
