Our family of 7 had an amazing stay at the Cosy Blue House. After arriving at Newark without luggage and spending 2 additional hours at the airport reporting said lost luggage, it was a welcome surprise to arrive at Paula and Andre's place and feel at home. Everything was clean and we were grateful for soaps, toothpaste and brushes given we went without luggage for nearly 3 days - we appreciated the gifts on arrival and definitely enjoyed returning each night after full days of travel to NY city and back. Thanks again 😊🇦🇺

Really fantastic! We rode the ferry each day into Manhattan and came home to a warm, cozy house each night. We needed parking suggestions while we were there and Paula responded within minutes. We left something when we departed and she contacted us so she could return it. Highly recommend!

Maison parfaite pour 7 personnes ( 2 familles ), sur équipée (nous n avions jamais vu ça dans un Airbnb) il ne manque rien, hôte tres reactif et attentionnée, bus à proximité. Idéale et paisible après une journée bruyante et chargée à Manhattan . Très propre et confortable . A recommander +++++

The house had everything you could want, plus a few treats as well. It really was a cosy house, and we all slept well. There were 7 of us, but we had plenty of toom. The house was spotless and had thoughtful touches like toothbrushes and toothpaste, plus lotions and shampoo. We particularly liked the black make-up face clothes. We wouldn't hesitate to book the house again. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Paula & Andre xx

It was wonderful to be back at the lovely Cozy Blue House! It really does feel like home away from home. I only wish we could stay longer! Paula thinks of everything -- multiple games, puzzles, cozy blankets and pillows, thoughtful slippers, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, wine, mineral water, personal shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and oodles of towels. Each room has a perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine near the fireplaces. This time the weather was perfect to enjoy coffee on the cute front porch! It is always precious to gather family together to celebrate special occasions (daughter in a musical at Wagner College). The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to cook favorite meals. It was also delightful to be able to have a casual eating nook in the kitchen and a large dining table in the dining room. Thank you to Paula for making her home such a beautiful and cozy place for our family to gather and celebrate each other!
