Let us walk you through the space: -Large garden with a large pool, one of the largest available in the area Ground floor: -Car parking -Staff room -One bedroom First floor: -A dining table and a kitchen to prepare meals right next to the living room Living room: -With its couches, that can seat up to 10 people, is right next to the master bedroom and kitchen Common toilet: -There is a common toilet for guests right next to the living room Master bedroom: -The master bedroom is a large bedroom right next to the living room, and it's larger than the other rooms and comes with an attached bathroom Second floor: -A TV room with a couple of couches -3 bedrooms with ensuite washrooms Terrace: -A spacious terrace with mountain views

We love the place it is Big neat and clean. Just one suggestion which comes first: when the customer is booking online or any channel. he is looking for comfort in every single point. while booking we had filtered that places which have air conditioner and booked the place. after reaching there there was lowershading from electricity board which causes no ac charging till 5 pm I urge owner to get generator or which thing required to get ac on. Apart from this care taker is really very help. the cooking team cooks fabulous meal on time every time. cleaning is key which superb in rooms villa and every place. pool is neat clean low in chlorine we lowed it. villa is huge and spacious neat well kept. Nithin care taker is attentive I must say. the one and only thing which need to upgrade you need generator to keep everything working when power fail happened.
The area around the house was lovely - the swimming pool, garden, lawn, mango orchard was exactly as shown in the pictures. The cooks available made extremely tasty food. We had all meals cooked by them and frankly the food was the best part of this deal. The common area with sofas is huge and perfect for a big group but doesn’t have AC which makes it unbearable during the day. The TV room has AC but is tiny and cannot accommodate more than 7 people at a time. The TV unit is an extremely old box tv from ancient times - we could not play music / watch the IPL match. The 5th room is not within the main house premise - it’s more like a driver’s room on the ground floor with broken things in the bathroom The rooms are all damp and there’s seepage on the walls. The paint is peeling off and rooms are musty smelling. All in all, we felt that the property in the current condition is not worth the money we paid. The area outside the house, swimming pool and food are the only saving grace.

Nice relaxing bunglow, Nice and friendly staff as well, overall everything was perfect, pool area was clean and pool was huge, enjoyed our stay, keep up the great work. 👍
