Wunderschöne Finka! Toller Außenbereich mit großem Pool, Tisch und Grillbereich. Wir waren 11 Leute und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die 5 großen Zimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und die große Küche haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Finka war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit Peter war einwandfrei. Obwohl die Finka eher abseits liegt, ist sie trotzdem jeden Besuch wert. Die umliegenden Dörfer sind super schön und man bekommt den Italienischen Vibe, den man sich erhofft. Definitive Empfehlung, auch gut für Familien geeignet!

Erg mooie villa met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Grote tuin met een heerlijk zwembad en een steenoven waar je de lekkerste pizza’s in kan bakken! Daarnaast is vanuit de host gedurende het verblijf ook goed gecommuniceerd. Toen we een zieke hadden in onze groep toonde hij veel begrip en heeft ons geholpen waar hij kon. Ik kan deze villa alleen maar aan raden! Fijn voor een grote groep (wij waren met 7 vrienden).

We hebben een geweldige week gehad. De villa was van alle gemakken voorzien. De communicatie met Peter was super, hij reageerde erg snel.

Great villa with lovely pool and view of mountains. We were a party of 8 adults ( family of 6 with 2 boyfriends) and had a thoroughly enjoyable week. Numerous activities nearby ranging from paddle boarding in Canyon Park to wine tasting within an hours drive from the villa. A car is essential for food shopping etc. Day trips to Lucca, Pisa and Barga are worthwhile. Local restaurants serve delicious pasta, pizzas and secondi dishes.

To start with the good parts…. Communication from the host Peter was mostly prompt and pleasant. Good location in terms of access to the highlights of Tuscany… not far from the sea, Pisa, Florence etc… all within 2.5 hrs or less! We did enjoy exploring the local area! Great Gelato shop in the local town! Very good! Not so great parts: The Vila is not in the best condition and in need some attention and maintenance. The pizza oven is not really a working and useable pizza oven and the description of lovely alfresco dining is a little miss leading. Upon arrival the Vila was not very clean, however after 3 days the owner was able to sort someone to come clean. As this is very rural area, it’s best to beware of this. Upon arrival there were several wasp nest which were sprayed by the owners friend, but one of our guest had already been stung. I would not suggest this is a Vila for families given the Vila maintenance, location and amenities. It was a shame we had these issues as we had been looking forward to our holiday. The Vila would be beautiful if it was maintained better but was not what we had expected or hoped for from the description, pictures and price.
