The rooms were well furnished and everything felt clean and new. You’re walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, but tucked up the street just far enough that you don’t hear or see any of it. Having a parking spot is very important for the area and we loved that perk too.

Great location. The place was immaculate. The bathrooms and kitchen seem to have been recently renovated and had all new and high end appliances. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Newport.

I come to Newport often and always choose a different location. I now have my regular spot. Epic location, guaranteed parking in an area where that is a really big deal. Great room setup with a chef-worthy common kitchen space. Responsive and proactive host. Reasonable off season rates. I will be back.
