Our original AirBnB got cancelled as we arrived. Hilda was able to accommodate us last minute on a very busy city weekend and even let us check in a little early. Place was exactly as described, clean, and quiet. There’s a Hooka bar below the apartment but we didn’t hear any noise at all.

We had a great time at the loft! It was perfect for a weekend away and the beds were very comfortable! Would stay again!

The HVAC was not working well, 87 degrees at one point during the stay. However, we know things happen out of peoples control. Hilda and Team worked hard to make things right and they provided window units midday next day while we were out. This helped tremendously and they saved the day. One thing I'd recommend to Hilda is ceiling fans. None of the rooms had ceiling fans, this would help in circulating air throughout the unit. We certainly appreciated the efforts made and we had a great time despite being a bit warm, we'd recommend. If you have an issue, they will work hard to make it right.

This couple was fantastic! We arrived later than expected and the host just happened to be outside. He assisted us with our luggage and even offered to bring up our groceries! Very thoughtful! The loft was a great choice for hosting our Thanksgiving dinner with a few family members. I asked about pots and pans and they hosts purchased additional aluminum pans for our use. Impressive! I am always in Michigan with my family and we would rent again without hesitation!
