The house was good but does not look as good as pics—for example the granite in the kitchen needs to be refinished really bad. The floor in kitchen also has broken tile. The drawers in both bathroom vanities will not close easily. The outdoor sofa looks wonderful on website but is actually stained pretty bad and ripped in one place. When we arrived there were no sun loungers for the pool—a neighbor loaned us one but he did bring 2 with 1 week of our stay left along with some pool towels. Also there was a nutri bullet in unit which I tried to make salad dressing with but would not work-I reported that and got blamed for breaking it. We have stayed in many rentals and after this experience I recommend taking pics as soon as you arrive showing any problems. Somehow his palms lining walkway got “trimmed” and he blamed us—yes we took equipment with us to do this?Not hardly. This owner was extremely rude and disrespectful to my husband over the palms—called him a liar!! Go elsewhere

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mike’s place. The downstairs area around the pool was relaxing and had plenty of seating for our family to gather. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking and entertaining. The neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and it offers great boating access. Thank you again!

Great place! Plenty of room in the house, and the seating underneath by the pool was perfect. Pool was a lifesaver with the June temps, and the pool is bigger than most rentals we have stayed at. Mike was always very quick to respond to the few questions we had. Also, the neighbors were friendly and very helpful! Would not hesitate to rent there again!
