The guy at the reception was nice and we were able to easily check-in. When we came back later on the same day when we got to the room, the room next to us had a firealarm going on. I went down to report it but the woman at the reception couldn't speak english at all so it was hard to communicate. She phoned her boss and I tried to explain it to her but they got confused about which room the firealarm was in and the guy who came to fix it, went into our room and said there's no firealarm.. I've told them about 8 times that it's the room next to us and not in our room. That was really frustrating. When I checked out they again mentioned that we didn't have a firealarm and I said yes because it was in the room next to us like I reported.The bed sheets had stains all over them and we're not sure if one of them was blood. The sink and the shower were dirty we had to use a small towel to clean it, which got pretty dirty after using it.
