We were there for our grandsons graduation from Plymouth State University and we found the location of the Airbnb to be 1.7 miles from the location of graduation. The location is very quiet and anything and everything you would need to a short or long stay. We didn't use the fire pit but it was available but we did use the grill and the utensils are there as well. Six of us stayed there and there is a bath and a half which was handy. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it if you have a student at Plymouth State, or just in the area for the beautiful scenery and recreation.

This was our second time staying at Nan's. It was clean and comfortable with a very well-equipped kitchen. Instructions were very clear, and Nan always responded quickly. We'd definitely stay again.

The stay was great overall! Host was super responsive when we had questions. The place had so many amenities, for example the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with the things we needed. It was also a good location for skiing.

We were 2 families (4 adults and 4 grown up kids) visiting NH for skiing and Nan’s place was located near a few different ski slopes. With the weather being iffy, we wanted the flexibility in choosing a slope. The house was as described and while the 1 shower did mean some coordination we were able to make it work. We had a great time hanging out as a group in the living room and playing board games. Nan was very communicative and the instructions were clear.
