The house was incredible! It looks even better in person than it did in the photos. The house was very well kept and had plenty of space.

Danielle was untruthful and lacked communication. I booked this cabin March 28 with all amenities. A week before my trip I happened to take a look at the listing again to go over the check in instructions and noticed the picture of the hot tub was no longer there. I texted Danielle about it through a different chat thread and she told me she could not find my booking and I gave her the dates and my information that it was booked under and she basically told me to figure it out myself. Once I finally found the correct chat that I told her I was having trouble finding, I texted her again about my question for the hot tub. She told me that she removed the hot tub pictures March 15 before I had booked the air bnb on March 28. I knew this was incorrect because the whole purpose of choosing her cabin was for the hot tub so if I had noticed the picture was gone when I went to book I would have not booked it. She offered me a 10% refund for the hot tub no longer being available. I responded

This place was spectacular! I usually find there is a bit of overselling with AirBnB, but in this place, everything was glorious. The linens were high quality, everything was spotless, and it was fun, welcoming, and beautiful. We like to try out different places when we visit a region, but I would make an exception and come back to Danielle's house as often as she'll have us. It was hands down my best experience on AirBnB. She is friendly, responsive, and professional. The house is without equal. An absolute gem!

The hot tub wasn't working; which was the draw. The house is in the deep woods; very quiet and relaxing area, but within 15min of a grocery store.
