This cottage in this quaint little town was perfect! We loved having a fenced yard and being walking distance to downtown. The kitchen has everything you need and cooking meals was easy. Communication with Sidney and check in was super easy!

Sidney’s mountain retreat is a great place to spend a month in the mountains. Georgetown is a quiet town and was a nice change of pace for us since we’re from the city. We wanted to be in the mountains for quick access to 13ers, 14ers, and hiking. Really close to excellent hiking spots like Loveland pass, White River National Forest, and Guanella Pass. Also pretty close to Denver (45 min) and other day trips like Winter Park or Boulder. Comfortable bedroom, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Great desk with good lighting/positioning for video calls. Sidney was also extremely responsive for any questions we had during our stay :) Highly recommend!

Sidney was an amazing host! Great communication and was so thoughtful in anticipating our needs. We stayed for a month, so we were relieved to stay with someone so proactive and responsive. The house was great and worked so well for our family. It was in the perfect spot right near the city park and playground. We walked to the little grocery store for items we needed and also to the shops and restaurants in town. We loved going up Guanella Pass, fishing at Clear Lake, hiking at Silverdale Trailhead, and seeing all the wild animals up the pass. This is such a great spot between Denver and all the resorts and at a great value too! Thanks again, Sidney, for a an awesome experience!

Stayed at Sidney’s place for 1 month and loved it. Such a cute spot in such a great/ gorgeous town. We worked the whole month and the WiFi was great. House had everything we needed and made for a wonderful month.

I had a wonderful stay at Sidney's place in Georgetown. The house is very clean and well-equipped with anything you need for a longer stay. Sidney is very responsive and accommodating. I definitely recommend staying here!
