Ένα ολόκληρο διώροφο παλιό πέτρινο σπίτι, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και με όλες του τις ανέσεις στο μαγευτικό Προμύρι στο Νότιο Πήλιο. Λουσμένο στο φως μέσα σε ένα καταπράσινο κήπο με λουλούδια και φρουτόδεντρα, με αυλές και δικό του μποστάνι, είναι ιδανικό για διακοπές και ξεκούραση με την οικογένεια ή με φίλους και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα. Το Προμύρι οδικώς απέχει μόλις 10 λεπτά από τον Πλατανιά, την πιο κοντινή παραλία στην οποία λειτουργεί και οργανωμένο super market όλο το χρόνο. Το σπίτι ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα με σεβασμό στον παραδοσιακό χαρακτήρα του κι είναι διακοσμημένο με λεπτό γούστο και πολύ χρώμα. Έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με εστίες, φούρνο και ψυγείο. Και οι δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες διαθέτουν διπλό κρεβάτι, ενώ η μία από αυτές διαθέτει και δικό της μπάνιο. Επίσης διαθέτει πλυντήριο-στεγνωτήριο το οποίο βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο, σε ειδικά διαμορφωμένο χώρο-ντουλάπα κάτω από τη σκάλα. Στο καθιστικό υπάρχει καναπές που γίνεται κρεβάτι στο οποίο κοιμούνται 2 άτομα. Έχει πολλές όμορφες γωνιές για διάβασμα κι απομόνωση, τόσο μέσα όσο κι έξω από το σπίτι, στις αυλές και τον κήπο που το περιτριγυρίζει. Το καλοκαίρι τον πρώτο καφέ της ημέρας τον ευχαριστιέσαι καλύτερα στο τραπεζάκι κάτω από την καρυδιά. Όσο για το καλύτερο και πιο δροσερό σημείο για διάβασμα και ξεκούραση είναι στην αιώρα της κερασιάς. Ίσως και της νεραντζιάς...

Ioanna is the most amazing host and her house a little treasure. We fell in love with this space immodestly: the decor, the views, the colors, the location, the garden from which Ioanna supplied us with fresh vegetables. Really everything is perfect. And on top of it the kitchen is extremely well equipped. We got the best tips for the area and the village is not only very beautiful but also a great starting point to explore the region. We’re already dreaming about returning. Many many thanks for that beautiful stay!
Ioanna’s guest house is amazing. It has a nice big garden, hammocks, an outdoor bathroom and toilet as well as two indoor bathrooms. The rooms are cosy and are equipped nicely. The kitchen has everything needed if you are planning to cook every now and then. It is located in a forestry area but it is very close to many many beaches. 10 to 20ish minutes in almost all directions (by car)and you will end up on a beautiful beach with clear turquoise waters. We had great time at Ioanna’s guest house and definitely will recommend it to anyone that is going in the area. Thank you Ioanna for the great host!
Very relaxing place! Inmersed in the nature with a wonderful garden full of fresh vegetables. Ioanna was very kind and geneorus.
Ioanna is a wonderful host !!! Communication was perfect and on time, she was helpful and heartly welcoming us at her house which we called "home". And the house is really perfect, two floors, two bathrooms on both floors, and the kitchen is so well equipped with all kind of amenities and herbs, and spices, and everything necessary. It has been refurbished in 2020 and is very nice. It is situated in the centre of the Pelion peninsula where you can reach both sides of the peninsula with its wonderful beaches. I warmly recommend this place !!!
Ioannas House is a very quite place at the end of the village, a perfect spot to relax. It has a lot of graden around where we could always find shadow and sun. The vegetables growing in the garden make the paradise complete. The kitchen is very well equipped and Ioanna left us some delicious things from local production. Comfortable and tasty furniture over two floors, the complete house is a dream. There are some nice hiking paths in the area to explore the green surroundings and several beaches can be easily reached by car. We can only recommend this place.
