Πρόκειται για διώροφη παραδοσιακή Πηλιορείτικη κατοικία 100 τ.μ. με θέα στο Αιγαίο που κόβει την ανάσα. Βρίσκεται μέσα στο χωριό Προμύρι. Η κατασκευή της χρονολογείται περίπου στις αρχές της δεκαετίας του 1930. Το 2008 ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως διατηρώντας όλα τα παραδοσιακά χαρακτηριστικά της. It consists of a spacious kitchen-living room, two large high-ceiling bedrooms, a separate space (half room) with two single beds, three wardrobes (one in each room) and a bathroom with shower. It can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The house is fully air conditionned by 3 A/C units (livingroom and both bedrooms) and fully heated (water circulated radiators, A/C and fireplace). You will also find an electric stove, washing machine, flat screen TV and wi-fi. In the courtyard-terrace you can enjoy the afternoon dew and moments of rest and quiet. There is a panoramic view of the village, the Aegean Sea and Skiathos from all parts of the house inside and outside. One can enjoy the sunrise from the bedroom. Access is from the provincial road that leads to the fishing village of Katigiorgis (13km), and there is a spacious area for more than one car inside the property of the residence.

La casa di Pantelis è bellissima, molto confortevole, spaziosa e arredata con cura e dotata di tutti i servizi e accessori. Dalla terrazza la vista che si gode sul piccolo paese di Promyri, sull'Egeo e sull'isola di Skiatos è veramente incantevole. Pantelis è stato un host attento e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre (poche) richieste. Speriamo di poterci ritornare.

Pantelis’s house is absolutely wonderful! A stone house situated on the top of the hill with a wonderful view of the town and the sea The house has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay - and the added bonus - an outdoor shower with a fantastic view! Wir haben mit unserem Sohn (8 Jahre) und den Großeltern neun wunderbare Tage im Haus von Pantelis und seiner Familie verbracht. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und gemütlich, im typischen Pellion Stil eingerichtet. Von der schönen Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die grünen, bewaldeten Hänge und das Meer sowie das malerische Dorf Promyri. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Taverne mit leckeren Speisen und zwei Cafés mit leckeren Cocktails. Von Promyri aus haben wir mit dem Auto die vielen schönen Orte und Dörfchen in der Umgebung und die Strände erkundet. Pantelis hatte eine Menge hilfreicher Tipps und ist nicht nur ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber sondern war stets erreichbar und (wenn auch nicht persönlich vor Ort) immer bemüht mit seiner Ortskenntnis zur Seite zu stehen. Von uns gibt es 5 von 5 Sternen!

Fully recommend this place ! The house is very spacious, tidy, well equipped and perfectly located in a nice village. Close to some places to eat/have a drink but also quiet and with a beautiful view on the village, mountains and sea. Good location to discover south Pelion. Pantelis was very friendly and accomodating, communication was easy ! Also he left us a very useful guidebook for nice places to visit and go to in the area that we really appreciated. Thanks again for this great stay !
