Amazing stay, beautiful place, would definitely stay again! The pool was so great, we loved the outdoor space in the backyard. This property had plenty of space to spread out! Super friendly staff!

The house was beautiful! We could easily walk to the nearby grocery, which was really convenient. Having the pool was a huge plus. The only downside to our stay was that it was very clear the house had been smoked in. I really hate cigarettes, so this was a huge deter for me. It was tough to sleep with the smell. Had we known this house was smoke friendly we probably wouldn't have booked it. It could also have been that the previous guests had broken the rules so maybe not anyone's fault, just something to note for future stays.

Very nice property manager Giorgio Bbq didn’t work. There are a few simple things the host could update in the house to make the experience much better. the back yard is very nice

Unfortunately, the original property that we had selected had been damaged by a previous guest and was unavailable. The host contacted us approximately 5 hours prior to check-in and offered this “upgraded” property as a replacement. Given the unusual situation, we agreed to meet a host representative for a walk-through prior to accepting the alternative arrangements. In briefly touring the new property, we noticed a number of areas that had not been completely cleaned (1st floor bathroom, living/dining/kitchen floors, etc.). The rep did attempt to clean the identified areas and we reluctantly accepted the new alternative property. Over the next few days, we observed other cleanliness issues along with the thermostats not maintaining the desired temperature. At the end of the day, this “upgraded” property was not on par with the premium price. If you do decide to take a chance on it, I would strongly encourage you to inspect the entire property (before accepting it).

This was a great house to stay in. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Just a short drive to most of the sought out locations in Miami such a south beach, design district and aventura. The house was beautiful and the perfect choice for a fun, relaxing weekend with friends or family. The house was clean and matched the description. I recommend it for anyone looking for a nice getaway!
