The place matches the photos and is comfortable overall. The neighborhood has security and feels safe. Like many Filipino homes, there is only air con in the bedrooms, which makes the living area a bit hot during the day, but there is a fan. The wifi worked but at times struggled with Netflix. The bathroom is ok, but the water pressure in the shower is weak and it takes a long time for the water to warm up. Overall the place is decent and a fair price. There is a bit of a bug problem. This is the Philippines so it's not unusual but there were ants & other insects all throughout the house. It wasn't so bad that it was uncomfortable, but some ant traps around would help. Finally there was the caretaker. I am sure he means well but I felt like I was being spied on and reported about. My gf stopped by with her kids for a couple of hours and later I got a message questioning how many ppl were staying. No one but me stayed longer than a couple of hours. Not much privacy here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic place, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the beautifully decorated and immaculately clean space to the warm and welcoming demeanor of the owner, Aleah, every aspect of my stay was a delight. Aleah's responsiveness and willingness to assist truly made me feel at home. The place and its kind owner enough. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-appointed retreat with a host who genuinely cares about your experience, look no further. I can't wait to return for another stay in the near future

Aleah and Kuya Gani are friendly, accommodating, and very understanding hosts. We checked in very late and they were very helpful all throughout. They even helped us find a place to buy dinner! The place was sufficient for our short stay before we mobilize to our next project site.
