We stayed for our babymoon at Rithy’s place and it was truly a wonderful experience. The place was spotless ! He had laminated papers with info about beach & restaurants recommendations that were helpful. The view was beautiful loved seeing the waves every morning. Water pressure and temperature for showers were perfect. AC in all rooms so we were able to keep it cool when sleeping. Provided beach essentials like towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler. Cozy & comfy bed and sofa. We were legit close to everything. We would drive 5-10 min to a different beach or restaurant. Slept like a baby to the ocean and coqui noises in the distance. It honestly felt like no one lived in any of the near by houses since we didn’t hear or see anyone. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re on the west coast. I will be coming back !!! Thank you Rithy !! Your home was a gem.

We couldn't have been happier with the location, the balcony view, and the apartment Rithy is a wonderful, responsive host. The location was easy to get to and although the property has a few rentals, we never felt the other guests impact on our wonderful stay. The air conditioning is in each of the rooms, so the control of the temperature was great. I can gush about the kitchen and the utensils, we cooked most nights along with breakfast and making lunch to go. The refrigerator was full size and shopping in town was a breeze. The driveway was at first challenging but after a day or two, was easier to navigate. Rincon features plenty of great snorkeling or swimming beaches, oceanfront restaurants and fantastic places to explore.

Rithy was a top notch host, super responsive and kind! We stayed for two weeks and loved it! The house is close enough to town, but away from the crowded areas. Beautiful beaches all around. The roosters are loud and plentiful, but earplugs are provided. I slept right through it, but my partner never got used to the noise. We had everything we needed and loved our vacation in Rincon! The view from the apartment and deck are so lovely. I would caution that the driveway is very steep, but we got used to it.
