A brand new house built less than a year ago in Denver, Colorado, in one of the most desirable areas. We have enough space for all the family to have privacy and two large kitchen areas, in case people would like to cook at different times of the day. We have a small yard with a nice area for BBQ and book reading or work outside if you desire. We have an equipped office if you need to work from home and plenty of space for the family to hang out together or privately. A short walk away from one of Denver's most beautiful parks and a short drive to mountains such as Vail, Aspen, Golden and Breckenridge. We have 2 young kids and plenty of toys for your little ones to play with if needed.

My wife and kids and I stayed at Niley's home for almost a month this summer. The one sentence summary is: We loved this home and we totally recommend it! The listing was very accurate, the home is very new, very well kept and very clean. It is walking distance from Washington Park ( the reason we reserved it). Niley and Thomas were very nice and responded quickly to any question/request. We enjoyed the Traeger smoker in the backyard, very easy to cook a quick bbq in it! I was doing remote work while our kids attended day camps, so for me it is very important that there is a good office space plus a quiet neighborhood. The office was perfect and the neighbors were nice families with kids ( mostly). Very quiet and well located. Since we usually have extended stays during the summers in Colorado, we were looking for a property that feels like a "home away from home", and Niley's home was exactly that. We completely recommend it!
AMAZING. The house was a dream. Beautiful, cozy, and the kitchen is packed with everything you need. It’s so close to Wash Park - we rented bikes and rode every morning. Niley was a great host / she left fresh flowers and was a super clear and quick communicator. The play area downstairs is so cute. Highly recommend!!

Immaculately clean, stylish, well stocked and well located. We were a family of four and found the house to be perfect for our needs, with a large kitchen and family room, excellent home office, comfortable bedrooms and clean, spacious bathrooms. Nice laundry room, too. Hosts were communicative and responsive. Highly recommend.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The home is very spacious and fantastic for young children. The neighborhood is the perfect location-close to everything but quiet. We had a great time and hope to be back!

The small shops and restaurants along Old South Gaylord make a perfect getaway within walking distance from Wash Park and its two lakes, rec center, boathouse, a 2.4-mile loop, flower gardens, tennis/basketball courts, and vibrant landscaping. South Pearl Street in West Wash Park was once the city’s first trolley car route and is now home to small shops, galleries, restaurants, farmers' markets, and summer festivals. Away from the hustle and bustle in the southeast corner of the ‘hood sits Veterans Park, where local team sports – baseball, soccer, kickball – are all the rage. And let’s not forget Bonnie Brae Ice Cream shop, a neighborhood icon, any time of the year.
5 minutes drive from Sprouts, Safeway, Whole Foods and major banks.
